Our portfolio currently includes pNPP and Tris Salt, offering researchers and industry professionals reliable products with a focus on quality, consistency and dependable performance.
pNPP p-Nitrophenyl Phosphate
pNPP (p-Nitrophenyl Phosphate, Disodium Salt) is a widely used chromogenic substrate for alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity assays. Enzymatic hydrolysis of pNPP produces the yellow-colored compound p-nitrophenol, allowing convenient colorimetric measurement of enzyme activity. The reaction is commonly monitored at approximately 405 nm.
pNPP is suitable for biochemical research, enzyme activity studies, diagnostic applications and ELISA-based assay systems.
